Jason cofounded the Flint Area Reinvestment Office in 2009 with Michael Brown. He now serves as the Director. Jason's specialty is facilitating community and economic development. Jason graduated from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2006. He is experienced in identifying funding opportunities, project management, and strategic plan development. In addition to his work with the Flint Area Reinvestment Office, Jason is one of the founders of Tenacity Brewing. He also serves on the Hurley Medical Center's Board of Managers. Deb joined the Flint Area Reinvestment Office in 2011. She is a Senior Consultant with a focus on attracting federal and state resources and supports internal operations. She previously worked for the Flint & Genesee Chamber of Commerce (FGCC) where she researched grant opportunities and wrote grant proposals. Prior to the FGCC, Deb was the Executive Vice President of Communication Access Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Inc. (CAC). During her 20+ years with CAC, she was instrumental in growing the business from an annual budget of $300,000 to $50,000,000 with global operations. Deb is a graduate of the University of Michigan-Flint with a Bachelor of Business Administration with distinction. Deb currently serves as the Board Chair of the Humane Society of Genesee County and is a Network Marketing Professional with It Works! Global. Adrian joined the Flint Area Reinvestment Office in 2014. She is a Consultant with a focus on supporting the entrepreneur ecosystem in the Flint area. She is an alumna of the University of Michigan where she studied international relations and constitutional democracy. Her experience in urban renewal, crowdfunding, and 21st-century business start-ups includes work in Flint, Detroit, New York, Los Angeles, and London. She has worked on several political campaigns and public initiatives, including the City of Flint Master Planning Committee. In 2012, Adrian also founded Flint SOUP—a monthly dinner that raises seed money for start-ups and creative projects in the Flint community—and still serves as Executive Director of the organization. Quentin G. Love
Quentin came aboard the Flint Area Reinvestment Office in 2016 as a consultant focused on identifying federal and state funding and facilitating ongoing communications with local organizations. Quentin's prior experience includes advertising, a student incubator, digital start up, social enterprises, and a co-founder of Growth Strats, a digital analytics and economic development firm. Quentin serves as a coach for the Department of State's Virtual Fellows Program. Quentin holds a B.A. in Sports Management and Communications from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Wayne State University. Aaron began working with the Flint Area Reinvestment Office in 2015 as a Consultant focused on supporting the growth of entrepreneurship within the region. His work is centered around developing strategic initiatives to advance these efforts in conjunction with working with community partners to move the ecosystem forward. Aaron graduated from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business with a Bachelor's in Business Administration concentrating in Strategy and Entrepreneurship.
